As a landscape photographer I am fascinated with woodland photography.
If you don’t know what woodland photography is, I encorauge you to watch Simon Baxter’s YouTube channel. I promise you, you will come to love this type of photography through Simon’s images and his approach to it.
I am fortunate enough to live in a state and general area where there are lots of trails and wooded areas, plus some very nice parks.
It’s really exciting when green comes back. One of the great things about living in a place that has all four seasons. A welcome thing when you come out of a dreary, bleak, gray Winter (even though Summer is fast approaching).
As always, I was walking Ollie at our local community center and was awarded with some beautiful sunset light through the trees. The forest was beckoning, so I had to take the picture.
