Scrappers

So, I usually walk my dog Ollie on the weekends at a nearby community center.

Is about five minutes (by car) from our house and it is a place he loves to go. It also helps me, as I definitely need the exercise 👅.

There’s a loop that takes you around the facilities and in front of a walking trail that runs by the Indian River. At the end of the loop, there are these massive powerline towers, all rusted and imposing.

I have taken lots of pictures of them since we moved here to Orange CT, and almost every time they offer a different view as the seasons and skies change.

This time, I noticed how the wispy clouds seem to follow the power lines as if the towers were scrapping the clouds.

You see, no matter if you have seen the subject a million times, it just takes changing our perspective, our point of view, and our vision; to see the said subject in a new light (pun intended!).

What about you? Do you have a favorite spot that you go back to, to take pictures?
