Where do we go from here?
We are all drowning in a sea of despair.
Three years into a pandemic that does not want to earn its title of endemic.
Economy in the toilet, wars, hate, racism, sexism, repulsion of abortion laws, famine, droughts, climate change… The end seems sweeter compare to all of our current suffering.
Can we survive? Should we survive?
I am sure that these kinds of thoughts were very similar around 1918, at the end of the flu pandemic.
Two years later, back then, was the beginning of the roaring twenties. Looking forward to that; if that’s the case!
My opinion is that we will prevail. Some way of another. We just got to get better a living with each other. I think that’s the key.
