So summer is finally here.

Time for Bermuda shorts, backyard beers and BBQ!

Time to Carpe Diem the heck out of the good weather.

After we come back from our vacations in the the Caribbean I am planning to do just that.

My two BBQs are ready and I am planning on cooking and smoking everything I can find to try and curtail some of our eating out behavior. It’s getting expensive out there!
