My wife and I love ♥️ noodles!!

I think my entire family does. I don’t think, I know…

It turns out that we have lots of choices here in Orange, Connecticut.

Lots of noodle restaurants opening up around our home.

One of the latest ones is Ji Bee Chuan - Authentic Asian Noodles.

I didn’t know they were a chain until I went looking for their menus. Looks like they are all over the place.

My wife and I went to visit and were greeted by a lady we thought was the manager. Very affable and helpful. She called my wife “sweetie” even though she is probably a few years younger than my lovely significant other.

She was very helpful in explaining every little detail from the menu and offering some choices, for the occasion and the future.

She suggested that we get the TFC, or Taiwan Fried Chicken as an appetizer. It was a great choice!

As the place is brand new, it was so clean, open and bright.

Everybody was busy working, as all the tables were occupied.

Service was quick and we had a plate of spicy cucumbers while we waited for the food.

Definitely on the list of “Must Return and try something different”.

Over and over again… 😃
