I got lost…
I was walking my dog at the park and lost track of time. It was hot, it was muggy. Ollie doesn’t complain, but I knew he was getting tired and hot.
When I realized I was lost, I tried to find a way back to the car. I pulled my phone and the GPS said I was 45 minutes in any direction to my car.
I didn’t want to do that to my puppy. I was trying to find water for him, but whatever I could find didn't look drinkable.
I decided to pick him up and carry him some of the way. He was a trooper!
It’s hard to take pictures carrying a dog, but the phone came in handy.
We made it back safely and I gave the pooch a treat for his well behavior.
