…they are all dead!
As you look at them, they look back at you with dead, black-pooled eyes, mouths agape, almost begging, gasping for air…
Ironically, you start to think about humanity, animal cruelty, vegetarianism, veganism, or whatever possible “-ism” that will put you as far away as possible, from what you are seeing.
At this point, the counter argument inside your head ensues.
You have been alive, feeding, consuming, gorging perhaps, on them for eons. You can’t change now!
They are delicious!
As a rebuttal, you find yourself recalling a distant memory, a fondness of some unique dish cooked with the best ingredients, the most exotic spices… you can almost smell the aromas coming from the kitchen!
The battle is lost, you have succumbed to your urges and just then the attendant finally calls your number, to which you reply: “I need five pounds of this one…“.
I told you not to think about it…

In biology, any group of fish that stay together for social reasons is shoaling, and if the group is swimming in the same direction in a coordinated manner, they are schooling. (From Wikipedia)
